PRISM HOLLOW PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Purchase Terms & Conditions apply to paid products, services, sessions, memberships, and personalized deliverables offered by Tay Briand / Prism Hollow.

By purchasing, booking, subscribing, or checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Delivery & Access

Prism Hollow offers a mix of digital products, personalized resources, live services, and memberships.

Depending on your purchase, delivery may include:

• Downloadable or streamed digital content
• Audio recordings, written guides, journals, or other resources
• Personalized written materials or recaps
• Access to online pages, portals, or communities
• Live sessions through platforms such as Zoom or Telegram
• Ongoing membership content or benefits

Delivery details and expected timelines are listed on the applicable sales or checkout page.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account, device, and third-party platforms required to receive your purchase.

If you experience a technical issue accessing something you purchased, contact [email protected] and I’ll help you get where you’re supposed to go.

Payment & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales or checkout page, purchases are final once digital access has been provided, personalized work has begun, or a scheduled service has been booked.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately and personalized resources require dedicated time and creative work, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not offered after delivery or fulfillment has begun.

This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

If Prism Hollow is unable to provide a purchased product or service and a reasonable replacement, reschedule, or alternative cannot be arranged, you will receive an appropriate refund or credit.

Digital Products & Personal Use

Purchasing a digital Prism Hollow product gives you a limited, non-transferable license for your own personal use.

You may absolutely use what you purchase for your own reflection, journaling, learning, experimentation, and personal practice.

You may not:

• Share or distribute purchased files or access links
• Forward products to people who have not purchased them
• Resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute Prism Hollow materials
• Upload paid content to shared drives, communities, courses, or resource libraries
• Reproduce Prism Hollow materials for commercial use, client work, teaching materials, or resale without written permission

One purchase is intended for one individual unless an offer specifically states otherwise.

Intellectual Property

Original Prism Hollow materials, including written copy, artwork, graphics, audio, recordings, worksheets, guides, product designs, and other original creative expression, remain the intellectual property of Tay Briand / Prism Hollow.

Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from discussing your own experience, sharing your own personal insights, or applying what you learn to your own life.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of protected Prism Hollow materials may result in revoked access and, when appropriate, further action.

Live Sessions & Personalized Services

Live services may include Mirror Readings, Pathfinder Portal sessions, or other Prism Hollow experiences.

The length, platform, format, and included deliverables for each service are described on its sales or checkout page.

Please arrive on time and prepared to participate.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

If Prism Hollow needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a new appointment. If a reasonable reschedule cannot be arranged, you may request a refund for the affected session.

Personalized Recaps & Deliverables

Some services include or offer optional personalized written materials, such as the Reflection Recap.

These materials are created specifically from your session or experience and may require additional processing time.

Any stated delivery window, such as delivery within 24 hours, begins after the related session has been completed unless otherwise specified.

Personalized materials are for your personal use and are subject to the same intellectual-property and sharing terms described above.

Memberships & Recurring Payments

If you purchase a recurring Prism Hollow membership, your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the billing interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation method provided with the membership or account.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund charges already processed or the unused portion of a current billing period, except where required by law.

Any changes to membership pricing or other material subscription terms will be communicated as required before they take effect.

Purpose & Personal Responsibility

Prism Hollow products and services are created for personal reflection, self-exploration, education, creativity, and personal growth.

They are not therapy, medical or mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for qualified professional care.

Intuitive readings and energy-based reflections are offered as tools for exploration and perspective. They are not guarantees, predictions of future events, or instructions that you are required to follow.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and how you choose to interpret or apply anything received through Prism Hollow.

Results and experiences will vary.

Respect, Safety & Boundaries

Prism Hollow is intended to be a respectful space for curiosity, reflection, and exploration.

I reserve the right to end a live session, remove community access, or discontinue interaction in cases involving harassment, threats, abusive behavior, intentional misuse, or conduct that makes it unreasonable or unsafe to continue providing the service.

If a session is ended because of participant misconduct, a refund is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Platforms

Some Prism Hollow products and services rely on third-party platforms such as payment processors, email providers, video-conferencing platforms, messaging platforms, or membership tools.

Prism Hollow is not responsible for temporary interruptions or outages outside its reasonable control, but I’ll make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide an alternative when possible.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, booking, or subscription and accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to these Purchase Terms & Conditions and any additional details clearly stated on the sales or checkout page for the specific offer you purchased.

If a specific offer has terms that differ from these general terms, the terms disclosed for that offer will govern that particular purchase.
