All digital products are delivered electronically. Access details (links, files, or portals) will be provided after purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to the email and device used at checkout.

Payment & Refunds
Because these are digital products delivered immediately:

Session Platform & Duration
All Mirror Readings take place on Zoom and last approximately 20 minutes — enough time to dive deep, pull insights, and reset your focus.

Payment & Refunds
Payment secures your spot and covers the time, energy, and guidance provided.
✨ No refunds are offered once the session is booked.
✨ No-shows are non-refundable.
✨ You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance if something unexpected comes up.

Your session offers energy reflection and intuitive guidance for personal growth. It is not therapy, medical advice, or fortune-telling. Results are not guaranteed, as you are the one steering the quest.

Intellectual Property
All materials, insights, and resources shared during or after your session — including emails, recaps, or written guides — are the intellectual property of Tay Briand / Prism Hollow and may not be copied or distributed.

Safety & Boundaries
I reserve the right to end any session that becomes unsafe, disrespectful, or misaligned with the intended energy of this work.
